How do i get unknown material?
Can you still obtain it? If so, how?
Can you just get the needed minerals/gas from PVP battles, or do you need to have them on your vessel?

I’ve seen the game and it looks like a great game but I can’t even really play it. I’ve only played a few minutes but spent nearly 30 minutes trying to fix this. It send me on a mission and tells me to tap to continue, I’m still in boot camp btw and nothing happens no matter what I do. I love to see a solution or a fix to this so I can play the game
Addicting so far, but is this like other gacha games that are like p2w?

Is it possible to change the email registered with my ship, I lost my old email and I don’t want to lose my ship :(
My game keeps crashing whenever I open rockets. I saw another post like this that said it was fixed. I’m on and an IPhone X/10
Hi fellow captains!
So I need some input on training vs guides. I recently used a Special Repair Guide, and it used up 62/80 training slots on my character! Yikes!
Are "Guides" worth it? Or would I get better benefits from the Gym/Academy (albeit slower)?
Are higher level guides more efficient/better than lower level versions? Should I hold out for those Special+ guides?
Which training(s) would you recommend?

I played for several months and stopped. Recently, I tried to play again but I was unable to login. I tried the reset tool with my email address and some others. I just get no account found. Ugh.

With the iPad version of pixel starships I have crashed every time I reach the exiting hyperspace part of the loading screan. Everything was working fine before I installed the latest update, and now the game crashes every time I try to log in. I'm useing an older iPad, so it might be a proldom with my ram, or some other thing, however I would like it if I could play this game still.
I have tried restarting my iPad, reinstalling the game, and reinstalling the game after restarting my iPad. So I don't think the download is corrupted.

So.. I was playing pixel starships on my good account and I decided to log in to my another account what is pretty noob one. I logged in and because the good account was not registered..I lost it:( my IGN was SmapoX and my ship was qtarian destroyer lvl 6 but it was upgrading to lvl 7. I was in fleet called "Suomi prkl" and I had 2 friends.
Is there any way to get my account back? is it even possible to get it back? If there is a way, can you help me with it?
I have emailed savy support about this and im now waiting for answer

Hey I was looking through the crew possibilities, and cant find one of my crew members.
The first draw I got was Miss McAlienFace
She's a 3 "star" has Rush command as her ability at lvl 10... and is an alien.
Are the crew names here just placeholders with the possibility of different names in game, or did I find a special one? xD yploaded pic below:

When I first entered the fleet base I was asked to refer my FB friends. Something glitched and I had to restart. When I enter again the offer does not appear. Is there a link or way to restore this message?
