Starships

Players start in the starship appropriate to their faction. As they advance in levels, they can gain access to new hull options - at levle 3, the Gray Ships become available with the UFO technology, and at level 10-12 a wide range of new ships become available.

Many of the ships at level 10+ require the Advanced Starships Technology research, available at ship level 10. These are marked below with "**".
