Introduction
The Pirate Faction is one of the 3 starter factions available in Pixel Starships. With piracy as their career choice, most Equipment and Crew related to them are combat oriented. Their Starships are barbel shaped inside, with a tight middle section and larger areas left and right.
Differences
Pirate ships are generally accepted as the lesser of the three player factions, due to their often limited box space. Pirate ships are good Early game, Can scrape by in Mid game, but it would be wiser to switch ships once you arrive in late game
Lore
Also known as The Pirate Kingdoms, The Pirates are a faction made up of more then 300+ Individual Gangs, Fleets, Clans and Companies, All fighting amongst each other. They are far from United, Although they are much more open about it then any other faction. Originally the pirates were a part of the Federation, Eventually breaking off. This separation sparked a deadly conflict among the factions, known as the Pylon Wars.
Starships
Pirate Starships sport a red and grey color scheme with their insignia usually in the middle of the Starship. The hybrid ship branches unlocked at level 10 are the Scavenger and Vindicator.
